Are you ready for step two? This step can be one of the most important step in buying a home. Choosing an Expert Advisor is a must when planning to buy a home. Did you know that the average real estate agent sells 8 homes a year? This is a National Association of REALTORS statistic. This is staggering! Why consumers choose a person who is no more experienced than they are to guide them down the path to the largest transaction in most people's lives is astonishing. "More than 2 million people in the United States have earned real estate licenses. However, real estate is a tough business with a steep dropout rate, and the result is that only a small percentage of those with licenses actively help buyers and sellers.
